Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has dismissed the Deputy Chief of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), Oleksandr Yakushev, along with four other officials. The decree was published late in the evening and also listed the Chief of the SBU Economic Support Department, Oleksandr Provotov, the Chief of the SBU Department for Protection of State Secrets, Ihor Noshko, the Chief of SBU for Zaporizhzhia, Boris Bezruk, and the Chief of SBU for Sumy, Eduard Fedorov. Zelensky has already appointed people to two of the four vacant positions. The reason for their dismissal has not been made public.
