An 8-year-old genius from Tetovo, Macedonia, named Dimitrovski, has won the silver medal in the “Mathematics Without Borders” competition. The competition took place on February 13th, and 4,142 participants from 23 countries participated. The boy’s father, Vladimir Dimitrovski, shared photos of his son with the medal on social media, as well as a picture of the certificate for coming in second place. Last year, Macedonia won a gold medal in the same competition during the winter session, and the medals were awarded on the last day of the school year with a special ceremony.
