Жителите од населените места во Берово ќе имаат право на бесплатен јавен превоз.

Residents of populated areas in Berovo will be provided with free public transportation to the city every Thursday of the month, according to the decision made by the Council of the Municipality of Berovo effective from April 1 of this year. The aim is to make access easier for residents of populated areas, as informed by the municipality. A free bus service provided by the municipality will be available in Berovo on Thursdays, which is the market day. The decision was made during the last 25th session of the Berovo Council, where the schedule for implementation of free public transportation was defined. The transportation will be carried out via a bus owned by the municipality. The free transportation will travel on the route of Dvorishte, Ratevo, Rusinovo, Vladimirovo, and Berovo from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm, while for the villages of Mitrasinc, Budinartsi, Machevo, and Smojmirovo the schedule will be from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The funds required for implementation of this service will be fully borne by the Municipality of Berovo and are already included in the budget for the year 2023. The mayor of Berovo, Zvonko Pekesvki, expressed hope that the measure will make access easier for residents of populated areas to Berovo, allowing them to plan their obligations accordingly. All residents of the Municipality of Berovo will have the right to use the free transportation service, but they will need to register by calling the telephone number of the Municipality of Berovo at 033/471-057 every Tuesday from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm.
