The country of China has become synonymous with technological advancement and is also among the three major global powers. The issue at hand is the extent of China’s influence on the world and its role in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

Jelica Stefanovic-Stambuk, a professor at the Faculty of Political Science, said that China is a growing power that is credible in contributing to the development of others. “This is a kind of new force, which is achieved through diplomacy, as the whole idea is oriented towards the fact that this human community with a common future must be a reflection of what the Chinese consider a epoch-making change. We live in an era that is changing, in a civilization that is changing. In that change, it is implied that the power that is growing and credible contributes to the development of others,” said Stefanovic, before discussing the relationship between the two presidents:
“Xi Jinping and Joe Biden are not strangers. They have known each other for long enough. The appearance of the American national security strategy is that China is the greatest threat. In a telephone conversation, Biden said that they have to develop because the Chinese will be eating their lunch,” she emphasized.
